Amanda Saddoris
I am Amanda. I am a dog mom, a wife, a nature lover, as well as a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. My goal is to motivate and inspire you and I want my instruction to appeal to all fitness levels. Whether you've been working out for years or it's your first class, my classes are for you. I strive to challenge the person who needs to be pushed past their comfort zone all while reassuring someone new that the slower pace they are moving at is perfectly okay. To me, fitness is a personal journey of discovery. Every single person who attends my class has their own story. I see it as my job to help you look inward and see the strength and capability you have to achieve whatever fitness goal you may have for yourself.

As for myself, I started my own fitness journey back in 2015. I, like many, have had many ups and downs with my weight, my mental/emotional health and overall wellness. This is why I am passionate and committed to helping others reach their goals. After seeing what a difference some of my instructors made in my life, I knew I wanted to be that for others. So in 2017, I completed my first certification in barre, in the following years I became certified in Boxing, TRX and most recently in 2020, Pilates.
I have taught at different studios throughout the Inland Empire but over the last year, I have created my own business. I am currently offering private, semi-private, or group mat Pilates classes at your home, venues, or in a park setting as well as privates at my home.
